Chartage

By invitation

Chartage is looked after by Jon Okie, Dr. Okie’s son. Jon, and a few people he asks to help, invite people who knew Dr. Okie. There is no public sign-up: each person receives one invitation by email, with a personal link that signs them in.

Emails from Chartage

Chartage sends email only from memories@allenokie.com, and only these messages:

• An invitation, once, when someone invites you.
• Your personal link, when you ask for it on the sign-in page.
• A new link, if Jon replaces your old one.

That is all. There are no newsletters, no marketing, and no mailing lists, and email addresses are never shared or sold.

If an email from Chartage reached you by mistake, you can simply ignore it. Nothing more will be sent unless you ask. To be taken off the list, please write to Jon.

Privacy

Chartage keeps only what it needs: each person’s name and email address, who invited them, when they last visited, and the photos and stories people choose to share. The gallery is visible only to people who have been invited. There are no ads, and no tracking or analytics.

Everything is stored with Amazon Web Services in the United States. Photos are kept exactly as they were shared, so the family’s collection is never lost. If you would like your access removed, or something you shared taken out of the gallery, please write to Jon.
